He was prompt, courteous, identified himself, analyzed the trouble and did what it took to make the repair in one call. You should feel very comfortable calling on him anytime. By the way, the trouble stemmed from a faulty part. It took a little while to diagnose, take apart without damaging the shower or losing parts inside the wall, and replace it … but it’s done.
